It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of our co-founder and the Vice President of the Joseph C. McCloskey Charitable Fund. His support and tireless effort in promoting the legacy of Officer McCloskey will be missed.

We were informed by the Internal Revenue Service on November 27, 2013 that the Joseph C. McCloskey Charitable Fund (“the Fund”) is now a 501(c) (3) corporation.  The IRS has further stated that “Contributions to the Fund are deductible under section 170 of the code.” All donations on or after April 23, 2012 are now eligible for a Federal Income Tax deduction. We would like to take this opportunity to once again thank you for your very generous donation(s) and support in promoting the legacy of Officer McCloskey.




The new Joseph C. McCloskey Charitable Fund Website is currently underconstruction. We hope to have the new website online in the next two weeks. Thank you for your patience.
